Weekend and summer. What a wonderful way to way up. My husband was already up. I smelled the amazing coffee smell from downstairs. Our husky was laying in bed with me, lazy and relaxed. Our cat was playing piano. I opened the curtains and got totally dazzled by the sun. Beautiful day! So many interesting projects ahead!!
But first I did my breathing exercise, according to Wim Hof. If I hadn’t tested his method, I would not believe how good can it feel! Just by breathing you can affect yourself physically and emotionally so much! You can gather up energy and strength, remove tension and pain, and top of all you can, by yourself, create the most pleasant drug you can imagine and float in that cloud of total euphoria when ever you give yourself these few minutes time. But after my breathing routine I went downstairs for a breakfast. I start my every day by eating an apple, drinking a smoothie and a ginger shot.
And when I have more time, like now in the weekend, I get crazy with juicing, experimenting new flavours, new mixes of different vegetables, herbs, fruits and berries etc.
Possibilities are endless! There’s always something new to test. And especially now in the summer I use a lot of wold herbs in my drinks. Now they are fresh, juicy and full of vitamins. I will dry a lot of them for the winter, so I have home made green powders until the new summer.
